Engineered for High-Adrenaline.
Guarded by Global Standards.
At Ceylon Adventure Sports, safety is not a checklist item—it is our foundational discipline. For over 20 years, our strict adherence to international swift-water rescue standards has delivered a 100% zero major incident record across 150,000+ happy adventurers.
International Rafting Federation (IRF) Licensing
Every lead river captain holds an active Class IV/V Swiftwater Rescue license from the International Rafting Federation (IRF). Recertifications and river drill audits are performed every 6 months.
EN ISO 12402-5 Commercial PFDs & Helmets
We never compromise on protective gear. High-buoyancy 70N+ whitewater vests, CE EN 1385 impact-rated river helmets, and sanitised neoprene booties are provided for every guest.
Wilderness Emergency Trauma & Medical Standby
Our base camp is equipped with an emergency trauma stabilization bay, automated external defibrillators (AED), advanced hypothermia blankets, and 24/7 evacuation standby vehicles.
Automated River Crest & Dam Release Telemetry
Direct communication with upstream Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) dam dispatchers allows our operations center to predict water-volume surges down to the minute, preventing unexpected high-water hazards.
